Recognizing her innate ability to inspire both children and adults, she pioneered the concept of “Mo’Tivity” and created the transformative Mo’Tivity Certification, designed specifically for those who aspire to inspire youth.

Setting herself apart from traditional motivational speakers, LaKendra embraces a unique approach that encourages active participation from everyone in the room. Drawing from her personal experience of growing up with a learning disability, having been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder at the tender age of six, she deeply understands that not everyone learns in the same way.
